I must be numb because I can't detect the slightest surge on mine at any speed in any gear. And believe me after 5 miserable years on a "surgin' German" BMW oil-head boxer I know what a surge feels like!

Posts: 5 07/03/06 11:48:21 Squid bait	I also had an BMW R1100RS and the surging was so bad I got rid of it. BMW denied having a surging problem. On the FJR I feel occasional flat spots from idle to 2000 rpm but nothing like the BMW had. It is mildly annoying but not worth doing anything about unless it gets worse.

I've had Dale Walkers full exhaust system sitting in the middle of my office floor for a month now waiting on a PC before I can do the install...Plus, there won't be any NO MAPS available for the PC for the 06 unless you have your own done (Sorry Walley) because according to DYNOJET any map for a PC for a 05 or any prior year model for that fact, won't install on the 06 PC.... HEY NOW! DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER!!!!

Posts: 109 09/16/06 19:45:50 Hooligan	I called Dynojet yesterday {Sept 15} and they said the '06 PC was ready. I had to get past the flunkie who answered the phone to find out. I didn't ask about the MAP availability for the '06 PC.

Posts: 53 09/17/06 05:13:54 Hoolie bait	When they say READY, I think what they mean is the design is ready and not it just has to be manufactured........as I don't know one person who has actually recieved one....Let me know when you have it IN HAND....And I'll due the same, I ordered mine directly from DynoJet in hopes paying full retail thru them would put me in front of all the Wholesale distributor's orders..I hope it works, we'll see....
