I really don't understand their reasoning. After they know that I know what pricing has been offered in CA, and who's offering it, seems like they're turning away good money (mine). At each dealer I tell them I don't expect the best pricing in CA, just within maybe $500 of it. "Nope, WE'RE moving these at at MSRP..."

Maybe these Yamaha dealers are sick and tired of giving their stuff away just because there are dealers that are willing to WH#$E themselves out with only the lowest prices.

I guess like the safeway grocery strikers, they can't accept having benifits taken away from them and it is fair for them to strike, and I think is only fair for these Yamaha dealers to keep there MSRP pricing because these dealers have to make a living too, and they rather not sell one then to compete with each other and drive the over all market price down to a point that nobody can make any money at.

I give them credit for holding out for MSRP, I know what I am worth, I will offer the best service and knowledge and ask for what is fair which is MSPR, this should be the dealer model instead of I got the cheapest dam price in the U.S and who cares about all the other dealers!

Hey, Safeway workers was striking because they are getting benefits taken away from them, Safeway is trying to profit from their employees so they can better compete with their competitors. It is all a very vicious cycle, when someone pay less for a product, someone else is paying for it.

I wonder if those poor out of work furnitures assemblers that used to make $15.00 an hour in South Carolina is feeling about competition, I understand they use to sell complete bedroom sets for $2,200 when they used to built these in S.C by U.S assemblers, and now they can sell it for $1,600 and have the same bedroom set built for $0.50 an hour in China. I wonder how many of those 30,000 guys that are out of work is enjoying these bedroom furniture low prices ? How much of our tax payer money will we all have to pay to support these 30,000 out of work S.C furniture workers when they all go on welfare?:eek

Just mad about why people can't see the freight train coming before it hits them and then it becomes to late to do anything about it.>:

Just my two cents worth again! Sorry:rolleyes
