Apologies for taking so long to get back online, but it took a while to get settled in. I've finished 21 of 40 treatments and things are going great!

Most of my riding has been very local and, because of a dynamic treatment schedule and various support group meetings, "spur of the moment," but I did get in a 200+ mile loop to get up to Willow Springs to visit Reg Pridmore and crew at a CLASS Motorcycle School. Also Silverwood Lake and Arrowhead Lake areas. You SoCal residents really have some great Spring weather!

As the treatments have progressed, side effects have been almost too minor to mention. However, one thing that I am beginning to notice is . . . let's call it minor "inflammation" of the targeted area. I hate to admit it but the motorcyle seat is gradually beginning to feel like a bicycle seat. If the trend continues during the last half of treatment, I'll eventually have to stick to 4-wheelers.

Thank you's go out to Larry, Roger, Joseph, Marc, and the others who extended personal welcomes to the area. Even though I have failed to schedule rides with you guys, the offers were (and are) really appreciated.

Lastly, a reminder: Keep track of your PSA's. Early detection is a good thing. And a suggestion: If you discover a problem, consider Loma Linda for your treatment -- very professional and personable staff , great program, great results.

Ride safe!
