I would suggest the AeroStitch--you will use them all the time from cooler summer days to the winter. They aren't as perfect as people say--I had my Darien leak in hours of a toad-soaker--but they are damned good and super-versatile. I saw a guy go down on a left-hander and proceed to slide 30 feet down a cliff at Deal's Gap in a RoadCrafter one-piece and WALK AWAY with just scratches (and a totalled FZ1). I have the Darien and let me tell you, there's ALWAYS another pocket--thing's got more room for gear than a back-pack. In the heat of the summer I switch to Joe Rocket Phoenix gear, and I sometimes swap the pants for electric Gerbing Union pants (heated, but not as good), but if I just had the Darien I'd be fine.

Today, however, there is NOTHING that will do--it's MINUS 3 degrees out (F) and that's in suburban NJ.
