When I had this same noise last year, it turned out to be a rightside front outer brake rotor ring where the rivets had loosened. Grab the outer rotor ring and try to slide it up and down, backwards and forward. If there's any looseness or play, the rotor is defective. Mine was replaced under warranty. Also check the bolts that attach the caliper units to the bike--after the dealer replaced the outer rotor ring, I began to notice another clunking noise after putting about 500 miles on the bike. Turned out the dealer's senior service tech had failed to locktite the caliper bolts when they replaced them after putting on the new outer ring rotor. The bolts had backed out about halfway and the caliper unit was flopping around. Good idea to check your rotors and calipers for looseness each time you change oil.
