Forget about the bolt. I used a bar with a J-hook on the end, which was a brake drum removal tool and pulled the clamp end up working from the top. After you pry up the clamp end enough, the line will come out. When I was finished, I then used a hammer and a drift bar to gently tap the clamp back into place. You don't need to worry about clamping the new line there, since Spiegler lines are so stiff, the line is not going anywhere.

The stock lines were installed before the engine was mounted into the frame. Forget about removing the bolt, you'll just drive yourself crazy.
