Sure, with an 18 speed Eaton tranny - behind a 500 h.p. diesel engine :lol

As far as clutchless shifting, yes, you can do that, but I wouldn't recommend it. You can bend or wear things out in that tranny - it's much daintier than the Eaton.

A tranny, motorcycle or 18 wheeler can be shifted up or down w/o the clutch, but the rpms must be within a certain range to match the spinning of the gears in the tranny. To shift down, one must rev the engine.

If you mash the tranny, don't be surprised if the dealer drags their feet on a warranty repair.
