Sorry it took so long to reply. I live north of Lake Ponchartrain (Mandeville, La.) and had an unwelcome quess by the name of Katrena. In fact, I am boroughing a computer at my companies Houston office to reply. All of my property (including FJR) is OK, but much death and destruction. Those of you who are inclined, there are many who need your prayers.

Yes, you are going to lose about a half a quart. I would recommend using a measuring cup and adding in small increments until the site glass is half full. The rising level will repeat at this point so be aware of it. Infact I use a measuring cup when doing a "full" change and have found that there is more than 32 ounces in some bottles. I have found that 4qts - 4qts 3oz will start at the half way mark but will settle at full mark after 200-400 miles and stay there until next service.

FYI - It may take 1-2 months to get to my computer in downtown New Orleans, so replies and comments will be based on oportunity.
